How It Works
First, a child-serving agency identifies and verifies a need and enters it into the CarePortal platform.
Alerts are instantly shared with a network of local churches, businesses, and individuals who are prepared to work together to meet the need.
Items are gathered and delivered directly to the family by trained response team volunteers, facilitating community connection and relieving the burden on agency workers.

By equipping a local network to meet practical needs – like furniture for a single mom who just left an abusive relationship and is starting over or baby items for an expecting mom in need of essential items – connected communities can strengthen families in ways that truly matter.
