Agency Partners

When we work together, every child can be safe, secure & loved.

We connect child- and family-serving agencies with a network of practical support from local churches, businesses, and individuals who are ready to simply and effectively meet concrete needs for children and families.

Through CarePortal, we connect child-and family-serving agencies with new sources of support for the families they serve.

  • Agency workers identify real-time needs through their front-line work with children and families.

Once the details of a need are vetted and confirmed, agency workers enter it into the CarePortal platform - a simple and straightforward process.

  • Alerts are instantly shared with a network of local churches, businesses, and individuals who are prepared to work together to meet the need.

  • Once a church response team claims the need, items are gathered and delivered directly to the family by trained response team members. This direct connection facilitates community connection and can relieve some of the workload carried by agency workers.

  • Case workers receive updates as the need is fulfilled, keeping them in the loop for their records. Once the request is met, agency workers are asked to leave a review. This feedback helps to ensure the tool is effectively serving families and improves the support we offer to agencies.

How It Works

Community Networks, connected through CarePortal, meet concrete needs for children and families – like furniture for a single mom who is starting over with her kids, new baby items, clothing, or other essential items.

Providing everything from cribs to clothing to basic necessities, Community Networks give dignity to families through the help and hope of neighbors coming alongside them when it’s needed most.
