This virtual training event is an easy way to prepare new team members or refresh existing staff on how to best utilize CarePortal to meet essential needs for the families you serve.
The training will equip agency workers to identify, submit, and manage CarePortal requests to meet needs for families. It includes an overview of the CarePortal platform, understanding roles within the platform, and essential principles for protecting family confidentiality while connecting them with practical support from the community.
